Hi, I’m Chloe. Last year I was fortunate enough to win the 2009 Look of Love promotion conducted by Studio 2000 and VAiG. My prize was a free photo shoot in Paris valued at over $26,000. I’m getting so excited as the time to depart for Paris is approaching. Just can’t wait to get there. 
Hi, I’m the stylist for the ‘Look of Love’ Love-byte ™ Photoshoot in Paris. My job is to help Ben and Chloe look fantasic and to obtain the best possible images in their Photoshoot. Just to make sure Ben and Chloe don’t get all the limelight I am posing for several photo shoots myself. Hope you like my images My specialised field is bodyart and have been a finalist 3 years running at the ‘World Body Painting Championships” in Austria. This year I am taking a well deserved rest after obtaining 1st place in 2005 along with partner Leeanne Sotheren. I have also had editorial credits with Harpers Bazaar, Inside Sport and the Sunday Telegraph as well as big name collaborations on projects with Kieren Perkins, Heath Ledger R.I.P and Kyle and Jackie O. After the Photoshoot in Paris I will be travelling to Austria to be a judge in the 2010 World Body Painting Championships. 
Hi, I’m the photographer for the 2010 ‘Look of Love’ Love-byte™ Photoshoot in Paris. I come from Australia but currently live in Los Angeles. Can’t believe how lucky I am to be given the opportunity to be involved in this Photoshoot. Really exited!! Will keep in touch. P.S You won’t see any pictures of me here. Why? Just maybe I’m on the wrong side of the lens. 
Last year I was looking out a University window near my home of Adelaide, dreaming of a holiday to Europe, completely unaware that just seven short months later I would be in the midst of planning a photo shoot in one of the worlds most iconic cites, Paris! The planning process has been extremely exciting with talk of a styling session, a Paris shopping spree and of course a photo shoot around the city of love! The excitement and anticipation of this amazing experience is definitely starting to build as this trip of a lifetime draws closer! Please keep locked to this blog as I will be updating it regularly in the weeks to come!
Of all the places to do a photo shoot, Paris has got to be one of the most magical cities to have as a backdrop! I mean how can you go wrong? From the moody small streets leading up to Montmartre, to the overwhelming majesty of shooting right next to the Eiffel Tower. This is going to be a shoot to remember…… and I can’t wait to start clicking away!! My only concern is that I won’t be able to stop! I’m sure I’ll be heading back to L.A with RSI in my right index finger. I’ve been hearing a lot of wonderful things about Chloe and Ben from the team back in Sydney and I can’t wait to finally meet them! I’m also really excited to be working with Sahra. She’s an amazing artist and I’m dying for us all to be in the same room (let alone the same country LOL) so we can all get our creative energies together and get one hell of a great shoot out of Paris!!! Vive La France!
Today I had my first styling session. I was so excited! I felt like a star when I was going through magazines and finding out what I liked best. This really is a dream come true. I showed my stylist my shoes and we went through backdrops and discovered the poses I like. We also talked about my shopping trip which im so excited about!!!! What girl wouldn’t want to go shopping and spend $1000?! Not long to go now, it’s really starting to hit me.
AHHHH!!! My outfits are chosen – everything is coming together and I’m so excited now! Finally it’s all coming into reality. Only 14 days to go !! Going shopping and trying on clothes was a dream come true.Now I know exactly what I’m wearing and the styles we have chosen to go for. What do you think of my new outfits?
Flying from crazy, busy L.A to beautiful Paris where all the beautiful photography will manifest!! Less than a week to go! (tick tock tick tock!!). The excitement is building and I can’t wait to see that beautiful tower again that was once considered an eyesore of Paris (can you imagine?!!)! All the equipment is ready. Everything is in check. Now get me to PARIS!!!!!!!!!!
It’s finally here! After months of tedious waiting and several frantic weeks of organisation, I am only days away from hopping on a plane to the City of Love for the trip of a lifetime! Since my last blog there has been a mad rush between my stylist, event manager and myself to finalise travel arrangments, hotels and most importantly my different looks and styles for the shoot in Paris! This was so exciting as it involved a $1,000 shopping budget with which I chose to purchase an amazing suit and several other bits and pieces. To be honest the whole process has been so surreal – I still can’t quite believe that in just a few short days I will be walking the streets of one of the world’s most iconic cities! It was such an emotional experience driving to the airport i was feelin scared and excited and just eager to see what was to follow, reality all just came real when i found myself walking through the terminal gate and onto the plane to paris. The flight was very long but the food was to a surprise really nice lol. Me n Sahra got to talk and really meet eachother and i knew i was going to have the time of my life!!!! |
