This document covers the Terms and Conditions for both Studio 2000's 'Look of Love' and 'Vote to win a holiday in Paris' promtions.
Terms and conditions – ‘Look of Love’ win a holiday in Paris valued at over $4800!
- Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- The promoters are FRZ Pty Ltd trading as Studio 2000 Photographers, 88 Waymouth St, Adelaide, SA, 5000. Employees of FRZ Pty Ltd and their advertising agencies, contractors, consultants and families are not eligible to enter.
- The ‘Look of Love’ promotion at commences at 9am on Monday 9th January 2012 and closes at 12noon on Sunday the 6th January 2013.
- Entry is open to all Australian residents.
- To enter a participant must complete their photo shoot at Studio 2000 Photographers.
- Australian residents under 18 may enter only with the permission of their parent. In the event that a minor wins the promotion, the parent or guardian has the option to convert the prize to the equivalent cash value and parental signature will be sought to redeem the prize.
- Entrants must submit their favourite proof attached to their entry form in the Perspex box at the Studio
- All clients are entitled to enter their image regardless of whether they purchased a package
- In the event a client purchases a package and uses a proof from their package, a replacement proof will be provided at no extra cost.
- Entries without the required information will be deemed incomplete and not count towards entry in the promotion.
- Each week up to fourteen weekly finalists will be chosen by an in-house panel.
- The weekly finalists will then be published on the Look of Love web site. Voting for each weekly final will be from 11am Monday to midnight the following Sunday.
- The weekly winner will then make it through to the semi-finals at the end of the promotion.
- The top twelve finalists from the semi-finals will make it though the grand final.
- The winner of the grand final will be chosen by an in-house panel of judges from Studio 2000 Photographers.
- The winner of the promotion will be announced on 21 Jan 2013. There is no requirement for the winner to be present at the announcement. The winner will be notified by phone and email.
- The winner must accept their prize within seven days of notification of forfeit the prize.
- The winner must take the prize within twelve months or the prize will be forfeited.
- The prize-winner will be published online by 5pm on the 21st of January 2013 on www.studio2000.com.au.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance outside our reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to alter the dates or destination of the prize. The promoter will give a minimum of 12 weeks’ notice of the new dates and the winner will attend on these dates or forfeit their prize subject to state approval.
- The studio also reserves the right to convert the prize to a cash value as an alternative in the event of unforeseen circumstances subject to state approval.
- The prize is valued at $4,800 This includes:
- 1 x Economy Airfares from Adelaide to Paris
- Accommodation for approx 5 nights in Paris. The winner will be given a budget for accommodation based on the difference between the cost of the air fare and $4,800 so is able to choose the accommodation of their choice.
- In the event that the winner resides in a location where there are no direct flights to Paris, the promoter will provide connecting transport to an appropriate airport as part of the prize.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. All prizes are in Australia Dollars.
- Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash, except where the winner is a minor and the parent or guardian chooses to do so.
- The prize winner is required to have a current passport with 12 months validity and is required to organize their own visas as necessary.
- Any additional purchases including but not limited to travel insurance, meals, transfers, clothes, shopping, alcohol, tourist activities etc are taken at the winner’s own expense.
- Winners must behave in an appropriate manner during the promotion. Should they at any time exhibit a behaviour that is not acceptable to the venue which we are visiting or if they are deemed by the company to be in any way compromising the Studio 2000 brand, they will be removed from the venue and all further holiday activities will be forfeited. This decision is at the discretion of the promotion management team and their decision is final.
- The promoter endeavours to provide an excellent service. However, the promoter accepts no responsibility for the conduct of 3rd party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels and airlines.
- We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the competition, or for any technical error or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the competition, including any interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
- We are not responsible for any lost, late incomprehensible or incorrect entries in the competition.
- We are entitled at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry system, or any other element of the promotion process.
- If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond our control) which compromise the integrity, fairness, security or proper conduct of this competition, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to state regulations.
- The winner releases the Promoter from any action relating to losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expense), cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss, damage to property, action, person or circumstance relating to this promotion.
- In the event of a 3rd party service provider cancelling any element of this promotion, including but not limited to hotels and airlines, the Promoter cannot be held responsible.
- We will not disclose your personal information to any 3rd party unless required to by law.
- All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.

- A maximum of One Vote per person per week is allowed throughout the competition.
- Australian residents under 18 may enter only with the permission of their parent. In the event that a minor wins the game of chance, the parent or guardian has the option to convert the prize to the equivalent cash value and parental signature will be sought to redeem the prize.
- To enter, a participant must complete the voting form online at lookoflove.com.au/vote. Every person who requests a free photo shoot from Studio 2000 on lookoflove.com.au/enter will also receive a free entry in the promotion. There will be links to these sites on www.studio2000.com.au. Once they have completed the voting form they will automatically be entered into the draw.
- Entries without the required information will be deemed incomplete and will not count towards an entry into the Promotion.
- The winner will be drawn by random lottery at 12noon on - Monday the 7th January 2013 at 88 Waymouth Street, Adelaide, SA 5000.
- The draw will be scrutinized by an independent 3rd party.
- There is no requirement for the winner to be in attendance for the draw. Winners will be notified via email and by phone within 2 days of the draw.
- The prize-winner will be published online by 5pm on the 8th of January 2013 on www.studio2000.com.au.
- If the prize is unclaimed within 3 months of notice, a second draw will be held at 12noon on Monday the 15th of April 2013 at the premises of 88 Waymouth Street, Adelaide, SA, 5000.
