Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. The promoters are Vaig Pty Ltd, and Studio 2000 Photographers Pty Ltd, PO Box 174 Hindmarsh SA 5007 & 88 Waymouth St, Adelaide, SA, 5000. Employees of Vaig and Studio 2000 and their advertising agencies, contractors, consultants and families are not eligible to enter.

3. Vote to Win – Game of chance lottery promotion commences at 9am on Monday 11th January 2010 and closes at 12noon on Sunday the 9th January 2011.
4. Entry is open to all Australian residents.
5. A maximum of One Vote per person per week is allowed throughout the competition.
6. Australian residents under 18 may enter only with the permission of their parent. In the event that a minor wins the game of chance, the parent or guardian has the option to convert the prize to the equivalent cash value and parental signature will be sought to redeem the prize.
7. To enter, a participant must complete the voting form online at lookoflove.com.au or by following the links from www.vaig.com.au or www.studio2000.com.au, Once they have completed the voting form, they will be automatically entered into the draw.
8. Entries without the required information will be deemed incomplete and will not count towards an entry into the Promotion.
9.The winner will be drawn by random lottery at 12noon on - Monday the 10th January 2011 at 88 Waymouth Street, Adelaide, SA 5000.
10. The draw will be scrutinized by an independent 3rd party.
11. There is no requirement for the winner to be in attendance for the draw. Winners will be notified via email and by phone within 2 days of the draw.
12. The prizewinner will be published online by 5pm on the 11th of January 2011 at both www.vaig.com.au and www.studio2000.com.au. The prizewinner will be also published in the Sydney Morning Herald and the Advertiser in the public notices section on Friday 20th of February 2011. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. If the prize is unclaimed within 3 months of notice, a second draw will be held at 12noon on Monday the 11th of April 2011 at the premises of 88 Waymouth Street, Adelaide, SA, 5000.
14. A second draw will be subject to any written directions given by various state regulatory bodies and the name of the winner will be published in the Sydney Morning Herald and the Advertiser on Friday 22nd April 2011.
15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance outside our reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to alter the dates or destination of the prize. The promoter will give a minimum of 12 weeks notice of the new dates and the winner will attend on these dates or forfeit their prize subject to state approval.
16. The studio also reserves the right to convert the prize to a cash value as an alternative in the event of unforeseen circumstances subject to state approval.
17. The prize is valued at $8,500. This includes:
18. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. All prizes are in Australia Dollars.
19. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash, except where the winner is a minor and the parent or guardian chooses to do so.
20. All prize winners are required to have a current passport with 6 months validity and are required to organize their own visas as necessary.
21. Any additional purchases including but not limited to travel insurance, meals, transfers, clothes, shopping, alcohol, tourist activities etc are taken at the winner’s own expense.
22. Winners must behave in an appropriate manner during the promotion. Should they at any time exhibit a behaviour that is not acceptable to the venue which we are visiting or if they are deemed by the company to be in any way compromising the Vaig and Studio 2000 brands, they will be removed from the venue and all further holiday activities will be forfeited. This decision is at the discretion of the promotion management team and their decision is final.
23. The promoter endeavours to provide an excellent service. However, the promoter accepts no responsibility for the conduct of 3rd party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels and airlines.
24. We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the competition, or for any technical error or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the competition, including any interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
25. We are not responsible for any lost, late incomprehensible or incorrect entries in the competition.
26. We are entitled at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry system, or any other element of the promotion process.
27. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond our control) which compromise the integrity, fairness, security or proper conduct of this competition, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to state regulations.
28. The winner releases the Promoter from any action relating to losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expense), cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss, damage to property, action, person or circumstance relating to this promotion.
29. In the event of a 3rd party service provider canceling any element of this promotion, including but not limited to hotels and airlines, the Promoter cannot be held responsible.
30. We will not disclose your personal information to any 3rd party unless required to by law.
31. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.&lsquot;Most Photogenic&rsquot; Portrait for 2010.

32. Promotion commences at 9am on Monday 11th January 2010 and all new entries close at midnight on Sunday 17th October 2010. Monthly, Semi Finals and Grand Final voting will continue until midnight on Sunday 14th November 2010, Midnight Sunday 5th December 2011, and midnight on Friday 7th January respectively and the competition closes at 12 noon - Monday the 10th January 2011.
33. Entry is open to all Australian residents over 18 years of age.
34. Australian residents under 18 may enter only with the permission of their parents. In the event that a minor wins the “Most Photogenic” Portrait for 2010, a parent or guardian has the option to convert the prize to the equivalent cash value and parental signature will be sought to redeem the prize.
35. To enter, a participant must complete their photo shoot at either the Vaig Pty Ltd. or Studio 2000 Pty Ltd.
36. Entrants must submit their favourite image proof along with their entry form into the Perspex box in reception on the premises.
37. All clients are entitled to enter their image, regardless of whether they purchased a package or not.
38. In the event that a client purchases a package and uses a proof from their package enter the competition, a replacement proof will be provided at no extra cost.
39. Entries without the required information will be deemed incomplete and will not count towards an entry into the Promotion.
40. The promotion is organized on the basis of a gender split. The men compete against the men and the women compete against the women. This is to ensure fair representation of both genders. However, in the event that the gender mix does not allow for both men and women being chosen, we reserve the right to substitute one gender for the other.
41. There are Weekly, Monthly, Semi Finalists and Grand Finalists. Weekly and Monthly Finalists are State-Wide web event, and Semi Finalists and Grand Finalists are pooled nationwide web events. The process is discussed as follows and visually represented in Appendix 1 of the Terms and Conditions.
42. The winners agree to make themselves and their images available and agree that their images may be used by the company in any promotional campaigns over the next 12 months.
43. If a winner needs to cancel their photoshoot in Paris due to any unforeseen personal circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize. No equivalent value will offered to the forfeiter.
44. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance outside our reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to alter the dates and / or location of the photoshoot. The promoter will give a minimum of 12 but not more than 52 weeks notice of the new dates and the winner will attend on these dates or forfeit their prize.
45. The prize is valued at $26,870 per winner. This includes:

47. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash except where a minor wins the prize and the parent or guardian chooses to do so.
48. Any additional purchases including but not limited to travel insurance, food, clothes, shopping, alcohol, tourist activities etc are taken at the winner’s own expense.
49. The styling will be a collaborative approach. However, the studio reserves the right to have the final say on all image styles.
50. In the event that the winner fails to make either their outbound or inbound flight, they must pay for their tickets. Should they miss their flight from Paris to Sydney and be unable to fund their return, the studio reserves the right to retrieve any additional flight expenses incurred from the client within a 6 month period.
51. Winners must behave in an appropriate manner during the photo-shoot and trip overseas. Should they at any time exhibit a behaviour that is not acceptable to the venue which we are visiting or if they are deemed by the company to be in any way compromising the VAIG or Studio 2000 brands, they will be removed from the venue and all further photo-shoot activities (including portrait package) will be forfeited. This decision is at the discretion of the promotion management team and their decision is final.

53. If the winner chooses to reject the prize, the promoter has the right to re-issue the prize. No financial or other consideration will be given to the forfeiter.
